Welcome to September 2003. Summer vacation is over, the kids are back at school, etc., as we head into the fall season for real estate decision-making. We are hopeful this missive finds you and your computers in good health.

We just leased the 50,000-foot north building at the former Pickering manufacturing plant to Codel, Inc., as well as 12,000 square feet of warehouse at the South Tacoma Industrial Park to P.C. Salvage. We have a few other industrial leases in the works; more about that next month. We will also have Pierce County's third quarter absorption information for you at that time.

Derrick Urquhart has just listed the Sine Communications property at 10625 Pacific Avenue S. This office/warehouse combination of 11,536 square feet is located on 1.7 acres with 150 feet of frontage on busy Pacific Avenue. The asking price is $860,000.00.

Today we are also bringing on a new salesperson, Theron Meier. Theron is a
Tacoma native, new to the real estate business. Theron has a background in the grocery industry and most recently sold network infrastructure.
